Day 1 - Barbados
Arrive in Barbados for a 5-night stay before joining your cruise.
Day 2 - 5 - Barbados
In the Eastern Caribbean, Barbados is part of the Lesser Antilles, bordered by the Atlantic and Caribbean Sea. The west coast has white-sand beaches, luxury hotels, and fine dining, while the east is rugged and shaped by Atlantic waves. The island suits all – from foodies and sunseekers to those exploring Bridgetown and its Garrison, a UNESCO site. Visit a local rum shop to sample a true piece of Barbadian heritage – rum’s been made here for over 350 years.
Day 6 - Barbados
After a relaxing morning it is time to head for the port and your late afternoon sailing from Bridgetown.
Day 7 - At Sea
Relax and enjoy the luxurious of your Windstar sailing yacht. This sleek, 4-mast yacht features wide teak decks, a pool, hot tub, library and watersports platform. A day at sea on the beautiful Wind Spirit will feel like you are sailing your own private yacht across the ocean.
Day 8 - St Kitts
More than a ¼ of St Kitts is protected as part of the Brimstone Hill Fortress
National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s capital Basseterre is one
of the loveliest in the Caribbean.
Day 9 - Guadeloupe
This is the Caribbean of your dreams. Volcanic mountains back blissful swathes of beach and yacht-filled harbour’s entice dive boats to head out and explore the incredible underwater world.
Day 10 - Dominica
This is a day packed with fun and adventure. Snorkel with brilliantly coloured parrot fish on Champagne Reef or enjoy a rainforest 4WD tour or a waterfall hike.
Day 11 - Grenadines
With mile upon mile of sandy beaches, it would be easy to imagine you’ve chanced upon your own private island. Saline Bay is a lovely anchorage that separates the Caribbean from the Atlantic.
Day 12 - Martinique
This pretty island is a pleasing blend of French and Caribbean influences with a wealth of historical sites, museums and shopping.
Day 13 - Barbados
Arrive back in Barbados and disembark. Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
