Set sail from the iconic harbour of Sydney and cross the Tasman Sea to discover New Zealand’s volcanic coastlines, verdant rainforests and majesty of the Fiordland National Park.

Day 1-3 - Sydney

Depart the UK for your journey down under via Singapore. On arrival a private transfer will take you to your Darling Harbour hotel for a 2 night stay.

Day 4 - Port Stephens

Collect your rental car for the drive to Port Stephens. The region is famed for its dolphin and whale watching.

Day 5-6 - Hunter Valley

Exchange the coastline for the gently rolling, vine-clad hills of the Hunter Valley. This is Australia’s oldest wine region and the perfect place to spend a few days sampling the local produce and spotting kangaroos.

Day 7 - Blue Mountains

This is a dramatic landscape of sandstone cliffs, deep gorges, and vast eucalyptus forests stretching as far as the eye can see. Named for the blue haze that rises from the oils of the native gum trees, this UNESCO World Heritage-listed region feels wild and remote, yet is filled with quaint towns, cosy guesthouses, art galleries, and local dining.

Day 8 - Sydney

Enjoy a final night in Sydney.

Day 9 - Silversea Cruise

Set sail aboard the Silver Nova from Sydney.

Day 10 - Eden

Known for the migrating whales that cruise through its waters between May and November, Eden sits in New South Wales's scenic Twofold Bay. While the whales are now protected and cherished here, the town was initially founded as a whaling centre and has many fascinating stories to tell.

Day 11 - At Sea

Day 12 - Hobart, Tasmania

As your cruise ship glides into the deep, sheltered waters of the Derwent River, Hobart reveals itself—an elegant port city where heritage, art, and wilderness meet. Hobart feels both familiar and distinctly different: Georgian sandstone buildings line the waterfront, echoes of British colonial history linger in its streets, yet the landscape is unmistakably Australian.

Day 13-14 - At Sea

Day 15 - Fiordland National Park

Today is spent exploring two of mother nature’s finest masterpieces. Milford Sound, known for the famed Mitre Peak, bottle nose dolphins and New Zealand Fur seals and Doubtful Sound. Nature has free reign here and it’s a place where you truly can experience the sound of silence.

Day 16 - At Sea

Day 17 - Dunedin

Founded by Scottish settlers in 1848, Dunedin (from the Gaelic name for Edinburgh) grew rapidly during the 1860s gold rush, becoming the country’s wealthiest city for a time. Beyond the city the Otago Peninsula is a sanctuary for rare wildlife. Spot the world’s only mainland albatross colony at Taiaroa Head, see the endangered yellow-eyed penguin in its natural habitat, or encounter playful fur seals and sea lions along the rugged coastline.

Day 18 - Christchurch

New Zealand’s ‘Garden City’ is a place of leafy parks, quiet streets, colourful street art and a sense of renewal. Visit museums, hop on the tram or take a leisurely punt along the Avon River.

Day 19 - Wellington

Known for its vibrant arts scene, thriving film industry, and a love of good coffee, Wellington punches well above its weight. This is the home of Te Papa, the country’s national museum, as well as countless galleries, theatres, and music venues that give the city its edgy, artistic soul.

Day 20 - Napier

From the world-class wineries of Hawkes Bay to the seabird-clad cliffs of Cape Kidnappers and the Art Deco elegance of Napier, there is much to explore in this sunny region of New Zealand’s North Island.

Day 21 - At Sea

Day 22 - Auckland

On arrival in Auckland, disembark and make your way to your hotel. Enjoy a night in the city to discover the charms of the so-called ‘City of Sails’.

Day 23 - Depart Auckland

A private transfer will take you to the airport for your onward flight.
